Where do our KPOP products come from?
Our KPOP products come directly from Korea, from licensed distributors that work directly with the biggest labels in the industry.

The price of delivery depends on the delivery method or country you choose. If your order is worth 55€ or more it will be delivered anywhere for free.

Does your KPOP shop ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide through the international post or couriers.

In Estonia the parcel usually gets to you around 1-3 working days. EU customers will have to wait around 3-10 days, whereas Non-EU customers can wait around 2-4 weeks depending on the geographical distance.

The order can be cancelled as long as it doesn’t have the “finalized” status. If the order is finalized, you will have to wait until you receive it, Upon receiving it, you can decide if you want to return it or not. Check out our Refund Policy as well here.
No. The only thing to keep in mind is that for very large packages we would have to determine the shipping costs after the order is placed.
